This Public Offer sets the rules for using the photography services provided by Laura Pronko, a professional studio-based portrait photographer in Coventry, UK. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

• Studio-based photography sessions in Coventry, UK.
• Types of sessions: women’s portraits, boudoir, fashion, couples, maternity, newborn, mini weddings, Creative/Model-Style Shoots.
• Additional photos, source files, or video clips are available for purchase separately.

2. Booking & Deposit

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the session.
• Full payment is required immediately after the session; payments cannot be made later.
• Travel outside the studio requires an additional fee.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Sessions cannot be canceled.
• In case of emergency, a session may be rescheduled with at least 3 days’ notice, but the deposit remains non-refundable. 

4. Session Timing & Punctuality

• If a client is late, the session duration will be reduced; time is not added.
•  Each session is booked for a specific time slot. Outfit changes and preparation are part of the session time, so please come prepared. The session starts and finishes as scheduled and cannot be extended.  

Photo Selection & Retouching

• Photos must be selected within 3 working days; otherwise, retouching may be forfeited.
• Standard retouching takes 2–4 weeks; longer sessions or weddings may take longer.
• I provide natural retouching only — no changes to faces or features.
• Additional photos can be purchased separately; no extra images are provided for free.

Creative / Model-Style 

• Creative / Model-Style sessions are offered at a discounted or free rate under the condition that the photographer may use the images for portfolio or social media.
• Clients agree to this use at the time of booking.
• If a client later requests that images be deleted, a compensation fee will apply to cover the photographer’s time and work.

Studio Rules

• Please remove shoes upon entering the studio.
• On vinyl backgrounds, shoes must be clean and covered with white or transparent tape.
• Clients must follow instructions and not damage equipment. 

Use of Images

• Standard sessions: photos are for personal use only.
• Creative / Model-Style: images remain the photographer’s property and may be shared online.
• Commercial use requires a separate agreement. 

RAW Files Usage

• RAW files are never provided for personal use unless explicitly agreed.
• Any sharing, posting, or publication of RAW files without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Clients or third parties who violate this rule may be held legally responsible.
