Whats is your booking Policy?
To reserve a session, a 50% deposit of the total fee is required. This deposit secures your booking and is applied toward the session cost.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations are not permitted. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable in all cases.
In exceptional circumstances (illness, emergency), I may allow the session to be rescheduled - please notify me at least 3 days before the session when possible. The deposit will be retained and applied to the new date; it will not be refunded.
If you cancel with less than 3 days' notice or don't attend the session, the deposit is forfeited.
Do you provide props and outfits for the photoshoot?
Props and outfits are not included in my services/prices.
Do you edit photos?
I provide high-quality retouching, including color correction and skin/face retouching, for a set number of images per session. Not all photos or raw files are included.
How long does photo retouching take?
For individual photoshoots of about an hour, retouching usually takes 1-2 weeks. For longer sessions or weddings, it may take longer. I always strive to deliver the photos as quickly as possible.
Do you provide a studio?
Yes, I have my own compact mini-studio. Studio use is included in the session price.
It is ideal for individual portraits or couples sessions, but not suitable for large family or group photography.
Can I choose which photos are retouched?
Yes, I provide the option for you to select the images you want to be professionally retouched.
